Grading will continue in various phases.
Metro District
JeffCo Commissioners denied Metro District approval in September 2025 stating it was 'premature'. The developers will re-apply in the near future and if approved, will proceed with a preferable "Plan A" for the property. Regardless of Metro District approval, the property will be developed for commercial uses.
